Cavity Drain Membrane (CDM)
Cavity Drain Membrane diagram The Drainage Channel starts and finishes in the Sump Pit, which contains a quality Sump Pump to remove collected water to a pre-determined point.

The 20mm Floor CDM can be covered with either 22mm moisture resistant chipboard (floating floor), or a screed finish.
